July 2011 - Wedgwood named as a "Fodor's Choice" restaurant, only one of four in Edinburgh! This distinction designates Wedgwood as a leader in its field for service, quality and value in 2011.May 2011 - Paul represented Scotland at the Celtic Festival in Barbados where he became quite a celebrity with numerous radio and live TV interviews.

Taste of Edinburgh 2011 – 1-3 July, The Meadows
Taste of Edinburgh was back again this year and relocated to where the festival started - in The Meadows. Wedgwood the Restaurant were there in full force for the first time this year with various tastebud tantalising temptations. Paul also demonstrated again in a number of the theatres.
Royal Highland Show 23-26 June 2011
The Royal Highland Show invited Paul to demonstrate at the Scottish Food and Drink Culinary Theatre which celebrated the best of Scottish produce. Paul was there on the Friday as well as the Sunday and wowed the audience and organisers with his creative talents.
Wine & Food Evenings at Wedgwood the Restaurant
We hold a number of evenings where wines are carefully matched to a taster menu - normally themed around a specific country. These are often hosted by a winemaker or producer. If you would like information about other similar events pleasecontact us.
Wedgwood the Restaurant Hampers
We can now offer a variety of bespoke hampers ranging from small baskets which are either ready to eat or suitable as a gift. Tantalising contents range from charcuterie and cheeses or chutneys and preserves to larger baskets with a three course picnic-style meal prepared by the restaurant. We can also include Champagne and crystal glasses - or even provide a hamper with just Champagne and glasses with some nibbles. These can be prepared and delivered to you almost wherever you are or collected from the restaurant. We can also collect them afterwards. If you'd like further information please contact us.

Fungi & Forage
From time to time we hold Fungi and Forage events which are led by Paul. Guests are taken off to a mystery location where Paul shares his passion for the foods which often surround our everyday lives but whose culinary qualities we are so often unaware of.
