Wedgwood the Restaurant Burns Supper
We will be celebrating Burns Night for the very first time on 25 January 2017.
Since opening in 2008 the restaurant has traditionally been closed for much of January to allow staff to have some time off after the Christmas and Hogmanay festivities, but this year the restaurant will be serving up its own modern take on a Burns supper.
The contemporary Scottish menu will be £45 per head and you can see what we will be serving on the night below.
Roast partridge, Jerusalem artichokes, spelt, squash, kale
Douglas fir cured salmon, grapefruit
Venison, its own haggis, creamed leeks, pesto, beetroot
Sticky toffee pudding, whisky butterscotch sauce, vanilla ice cream
