New spring menu for 2017

The short winter seems to be coming to an end and we’re delighted to introduce our spring menu for 2017. All our menus, including our Wee Tour of Scotland tasting experience, are on the website here.


Some highlights for this spring are a Juniper encrusted red deer carpaccio, Salt baked celeriac with oyster mushroom and Scottish hogget loin with wild garlic and leek.
