Paul Wedgwood at the Royal Highland Show 2017

Paul had a fantastic time at the Royal Highland Show last month appearing as part of Scotland’s Larder Live Cookery Theatre. He was joined on stage by Wendy Barrie, a highly respected member of Scotland’s food and drink industry and a passionate campaigner for the finest local produce.

Paul entertained the audience by preparing a plated Scottish Summer Trifle utilising the very best of the Scottish summer; strawberries, elderflowers, sweet cicely and the amazing Arbikie Strawberry Vodka.  You can see him in action in our gallery.
