Wedgwood the Restaurant Burns Supper
We will reopen for 2018 with our Burns Supper on Thursday 25th January.
Since opening in 2008 the restaurant has traditionally been closed for much of January to allow staff to have some time off after the Christmas and Hogmanay festivities, but since last year the restaurant has been serving up its own modern take on a Burns supper.
The contemporary Scottish menu will be £55 per head served with an optional paired whisky flight £35

Douglas fir cured salmon, grapefruit, sorrel, rye
Sound of Mull scallops, smoked haddock cullen skink
Loin of Perthshire venison, haggis, celeriac, chocolate
Paul’s selection of the very best of Scottish cheese (supplement £5.00)
Clootie dumpling, honeycomb, whisky ice cream
