Food for Thought Programme 2015
Paul will be heading to a local Edinburgh school on Monday 1st June as part of the Food for Thought programme to join a group of S4 pupils in the kitchen.
Paul will be showing the 14 and 15 year old's how to make their own gnocchi using fresh, affordable produce!
The Food for Thought programme aims to involve pupils in nursery, primary and secondary schools in food related projects, which will encourage healthier eating habits, and provide a better understanding of the importance to the Scottish economy and jobs in the food and drink industry. http://www.sbcscot.com/programmes/food-for-thought/.
