As part of the Edinburgh Seafood Festival, which is taking place at the St James Quarter, Chef Paul Wedgwood returns to Miele's state-of-the-art kitchen for an exclusive seafood dinner and tasting menu with wine pairing from Cloudy Bay.
This event offers a unique opportunity to experience Paul's culinary excellence in an intimate environment, within Miele's beautiful, modern kitchen space. Paul will prepare a 6 course menu with snacks to start, all the ingredients champions the very best of Scottish seafood and Scotland's natural larder. Each dish will be perfectly matched with wine selected by the expert sommeliers at Cloudy Bay.
